Oman: ‘Lifetime’ driving licence for citizens with 15+ years of experience : People must also have a clean driving record to get the pass. The Royal Oman Police (ROP) said that the license will only be offered to citizens who have had a valid driving license for at least 15 years and are not working as drivers.
